We’re hiring an Engineering Leader to guide our AI-focused initiatives and lead a small team. You’ll serve as the bridge between product feedback, design iterations, and engineering delivery, owning outcomes from idea to shipped feature.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and product feedback into clear engineering direction.
• Lead design reviews and ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Define technical strategy for AI-driven product capabilities (especially agentic workflows).
• Coordinate across backend (Ruby), frontend (Vue), and AI systems.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to engineers across the team.
• Ensure high-quality releases that balance speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including leadership or tech lead roles.
• Deep experience in Ruby on Rails and proficient in Vue.js or React.js.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and practical LLM integrations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration skills, should be able to work across engineering, design, and product.
• Bonus: Background in scaling SaaS applications.
