You’ll collaborate with design and product, lead technical execution, and build a foundation that can scale with customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain agentic frameworks to power complex customer support scenarios.
• Define and implement tools and integrations that agents can leverage.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate use cases into engineering solutions.
• Optimize infrastructure to support agent orchestration at scale.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI integration.
• Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and tooling in the agentic AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience in Python for AI/ML workflows
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
• Solid understanding of cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
• Strong systems design skills; ability to own projects end-to-end.
