Frameo is Dashverse’s AI studio that puts creators in the director’s chair—turning any prompt into a fully voiced, character‑consistent episode and letting them tweak every scene, style, and beat.

We’re hunting for product‑minded engineers who blend deep technical craft with relentless user empathy. You’ll own features end‑to‑end—from whiteboard to prod, from GPU cluster to pixel—so storytellers can shape narratives exactly the way they imagine, instead of fighting with tools.

What you’ll do

• Build & ship creator‑facing features such as scene‑pacing controls, style presets, and voice‑over pipelines. Launch to prod in week 1, iterate weekly.
• Design, orchestrate, and productionise LLM‑powered agents that ingest creator prompts, retrieve style guides, call multi‑modal toolchains, and self‑critique outputs—so a writer can go from script to fully voiced episode in minutes.
• Own the full stack—TypeScript/React front‑end, Go/Rust or Python back‑end, and GPU inference services on our H100/H200 clusters.
• Close the loop with users: jump into Discord feedback channels, watch usability sessions, and turn insights into rapid A/B experiments.
• Collaborate with model scientists to productionise RAG pipelines, diffusion fine‑tunes, and character‑consistency checkpoints.
• Instrument what you build—dashboards for storyboard‑to‑publish time, creator retention, compute cost per minute, and agent reliability metrics (tool‑call success, latency).
• Level up the team via design docs, code reviews, technical mentorship, and interviewing.

• 3–8 years shipping user‑facing software in a product‑led company.
• Fluency in React + one systems language (Go, Rust, or Python).
• Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks or the passion to learn fast.

• Experience with cloud‑native GPUs, containers, CI/CD, and observability.
