  About the Role

  We're seeking a Frontend-Leaning Full Stack Engineer to join our 6-member product engineering team in Bangalore. You'll be responsible for building user-facing features that
  transform how enterprise marketing teams interact with their data, from intuitive dashboards to powerful reporting interfaces.

  What You'll Do

  - Build Product Features: Develop end-to-end features for our no-code marketing reporting platform, focusing on exceptional user experiences
  - Own the Frontend: Lead development of our React-based UI, implementing modern patterns like micro-frontends and state management with tools like Zustand
  - Collaborate Intensively: Brainstorm with PMs and designers to shape features that directly impact enterprise clients
  - Optimize Performance: Reduce data latency and improve rendering performance for complex dashboards handling millions of data points
  - Seek Clarity: Ask the right questions before building to ensure alignment with customer needs

  Must-Have Technical Skills

  - Strong JavaScript fundamentals with 3-5 years of experience
  - React expertise with production-grade applications
  - Tailwind CSS for modern, responsive designs
  - Webpack/Vite and build system optimization
  - State management experience (Zustand preferred)
  - Backend exposure with REST/GraphQL APIs
  - PostgreSQL and Redis for data operations
  - GitHub for version control

  Nice-to-Have

  - Experience with dashboarding/analytics platforms
  - Micro-frontend architecture knowledge
  - Data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)
  - Experience at product-based companies
  - Rails or Node.js backend experience
