About the Role

We're looking for a generalist product engineer to work across the Dashreels stack. You'll own features end-to-end — from feed mechanics and content discovery to creator tools and viewer engagement. This is a broad role for someone who can move fast across frontend, backend, and everything in between.

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

• 4-8 years of product engineering experience
• Strong React/TypeScript frontend skills
• Backend proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js
• Track record shipping consumer-facing products
• End-to-end feature ownership — from design to production to metrics
• Strong product sense and user empathy

Nice to Have

• Flutter / mobile development experience
• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Video playback / streaming experience
• Content/media/entertainment platform background
• AI/ML integration experience
• Performance optimization expertise

What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across the Dashreels platform
• Work on feed mechanics, content discovery, and viewer engagement
• Integrate AI-generated content into the consumer experience
• Own metrics — watch-time, completion rates, retention
• Collaborate across teams — mobile, ML, content, product
• Ship fast and iterate based on real user data
