About Dashverse

Dashverse is engineering the future of entertainment with AI. Backed by Peak XV, Matrix, and Stellaris (Series A), we're building AI-powered content platforms. Frameo is our AI-native creation studio — putting creators in the director's chair to produce fully voiced, character-consistent episodes.

About the Role

We're looking for a full stack product engineer to build Frameo's creator tools and agent systems. You'll own features end-to-end — from the React frontend to Go/Python backend to GPU inference services. This role blends product engineering with AI systems work.

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

  • 4-8 years shipping user-facing products at product-led companies
  • React + TypeScript frontend proficiency
  • Go, Rust, or Python backend experience
  • Product-minded — you ship for users, not for tech demos
  • Ownership mindset — whiteboard to production

Nice to Have

  • LLM/agent frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, tool-use patterns)
  • GPU infrastructure experience (containers, cloud deployment, H100/H200)
  • RAG pipelines, diffusion models, multimodal AI
  • A/B testing and observability/instrumentation
  • Experience building creative/developer tools
  • Video/media processing pipelines

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship creator-facing features — scene controls, style presets, voice-over pipelines
  • Design and productionize LLM-powered agent workflows for content generation
  • Own the full stack — TypeScript/React frontend, Go/Rust/Python backend, GPU inference services
  • Close feedback loops with creators via Discord and usability sessions
  • Collaborate with model scientists on RAG pipelines and diffusion fine-tunes
  • Instrument everything — creation time, creator retention, compute cost, agent reliability
