Location: Remote (India)
Compensation: Up to $100,000 USD

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong product sense who can own features end-to-end — from crafting polished front-end experiences to building robust backend services. This is not a pure front-end role. We need someone who thinks holistically about what an application, page, or feature should do, handles edge cases thoughtfully, and is comfortable getting their hands dirty across the entire stack.

The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer with varied experience — someone who can build great UIs, reason about backend logic, and above all, think like a product person.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship user-facing features across the full stack (frontend + Python backend)
• Own product decisions at the feature level — think through what pages, buttons, and flows should do from a user's perspective
• Handle complex edge cases that require both frontend and backend reasoning
• Work closely with the founding team to ship quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
• Contribute to architecture decisions and code quality across the product

Requirements

• Strong product sense — you think about what the user needs, not just what the ticket says. This is a hard requirement.
• Proven full stack experience — comfortable with both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend work
• Ability to pick up new languages and frameworks quickly; specific language expertise matters less than engineering fundamentals and product thinking
• Experience building and shipping production web applications
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Python backend experience (preferred but not required — strong engineers can pick it up)
• Swift / iOS development experience
• Experience at early-stage startups
• Exposure to AI/ML product surfaces

Work Arrangement

• Remote (India-based)
• Overlap with US Pacific time expected (approximately 12pm–midnight IST)
