What You’ll Build

Sustained multimodal human conversation at scale. An AI that holds a 90-minute interview with a real human — in their language, at 800ms response latency — while simultaneously processing facial expressions, vocal tone, and physical environment through video.

A multimodal query engine over thousands of hours of human conversation. 500 one-hour video interviews, each with transcript, facial action unit data, vocal prosody analysis, and timestamped behavioural annotations. Retrieval, ranking, and reasoning architecture at the frontier.

Autonomous research agents that run end to end. Agents that design a study, recruit from 20M+ respondents, schedule sessions, monitor quality, synthesise findings, and deliver structured reports — always on, self-correcting, across markets and languages.

Enterprise-grade global infrastructure from day one. Sessions across continents, in dozens of languages, with enterprise security, reliability, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience building and shipping real production systems
• Fullstack, with strong backend depth — Python (FastAPI) backend, React frontend
• Deep AI interest: model releases, retrieval strategies, voice synthesis, agent architectures, prompt engineering, eval frameworks
• Fast builder, fluent with LLM-assisted coding tools
• Ownership-minded — you want to own systems end to end
• Ready to grow into a technical leader
