About the Role

Dashreels is Dashverse's short-form AI drama platform — creating addictive, binge-worthy content powered by AI. We're looking for a mobile engineer to own and build the mobile experience for Dashreels.

What We're Looking For

Must Haves

• 4-8 years of mobile development experience
• Strong experience with at least one of: React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android
• Track record shipping consumer-facing mobile apps
• Performance optimization for mobile (smooth scrolling, video playback, animations)
• Ownership mindset — end-to-end feature delivery

Nice to Have

• Experience with short-form video apps (TikTok-style feeds, video players)
• Background in content/media/entertainment apps
• Experience with mobile video playback and streaming
• Familiarity with AI-powered features in mobile apps
• A/B testing and experimentation on mobile
• App Store optimization experience

What You'll Do

• Build and own the Dashreels mobile experience
• Optimize video playback, feed performance, and user interactions
• Implement creator and viewer features for short-form AI drama content
• Work closely with backend and AI teams on mobile integration
• Instrument and measure mobile performance metrics
• Ship fast and iterate based on user feedback
